By accessing or using the VeriPrompt AI Gateway & Agentic Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VeriPrompt provides an AI gateway platform that enables intelligent prompt routing, agentic workflow execution, API key management for multiple AI providers, and analytics for enterprise usage. The Service includes web interfaces, APIs, and related documentation.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures

5. API Keys and Third-Party Providers

The Service may route requests to third-party AI providers. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party providers whose services you access through VeriPrompt. API keys provided by you (BYOK) remain your property and responsibility.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VeriPrompt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated through the Service using your prompts remains your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriPrompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
