A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data on VeriPrompt's behalf as part of delivering the Service. This page lists every sub-processor currently in use, kept current as vendors are added or removed — see our Privacy Policy for how this fits into our broader data-handling commitments.
PII sanitization (Shield) can tokenize personal data before a prompt reaches an AI provider — when active for a given send, that provider never receives the underlying identity, which narrows what "sub-processor" means for that specific piece of data.
When we add a sub-processor, we notify the administrators on record for every active company and give them a window to object before the change takes effect. The exact deadline is stated in that notice. If you have an objection — before or after a notice — contact privacy@veriprompt.tech.
